Can not submit form

Hi,
I’m using VFB as a communication platform for our photography club. At this point I can’t get the form to submit if I use the HTML control. If I use the textarea, it works perfectly fine. If I’m using the HLML form control, then it shows the form after submission. I also tried to debug when the submission happens in the backend, but the form never receives the POST data.
