Can plugin help eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS

My Google pagespeed Insights test result tells me the following:

Will installing the above fonts Google mentions(i.e. PT+Sans and Droid+Serif:regular,bold) using this plugin help eliminate this problem? Could anyone who experienced this problem please help. Thanks.
