can plugin import multiple value from 1 field?

    Hi,

    A dropshipwebsite i am sell at delivers orderfiles where the whole order is fitted in 1 line. When multiple products are ordered the SKUs are placed in the same field, separated by a ‘,’.

    so 1 order with 3 products would contain the following values (transposed them as i couldnt paste it well as a line)

    Order cdcd77ad
    placed 15/10/2020
    paid 15/10/2020
    prod.descr 1x item 1, 1x item 2, 1x item 3
    produkt_sku 1234566781, 876543212, 877234123
    value $100
    shipping costs $5
    total value $105
    customer name Jane Doe
    etc etc

    can this plugin handle csv values and handle them as separate line items?

    Hi @rogierp,

    Sorry to say that the plugin does not support the CSV format you mentioned. You need to use the default import format in order to import order details from the CSV. You can get the default format from the Help tab of the plugin or by just exporting an order.

    thank you for the answer. I don’t have the plugin yet, therefore i wanted to know if it would work or not.
    Unfortunately it wont. 🙁
