Can pro version do the design??

I am eager to buy your pixel mega menu plugin, and could you please take a look about the design ” https://7webtw.com/menu01.jpg ”
to hover Level one “product” to show the level 2 sub-menu using photos and showing bottom-border (green bottom 5px) when hover on the photo, at the same time showing level 3 full width menu items.
is you plugin can do it?? this is my quetion 1.

And the the Question 2, could you please login my WP helping me to do it and if need fee I should not only by your plugin but also pay you by paypal with how much money~~ to help me.
