Can the Connections Plugin do this?

    Does the Connections plugin allow this form of presentation? (see link above)…

    – Left column displays all categories in accordion…
    – Right column loads directory items seamlessly (ajax loading)…

    Do we need to purchase a “pro version”?… What theme/skins would we require?

    The Widget Pack addon for Connections does have a Categories widget which can be placed into the theme’s sidebar. Here’s the link to the addon:

    The widget has three display options.

    1. Default: display the entire category tree.
    2. Accordion Clicking parent opens child, closing other open parent if one isopen.
    3. Expand: Similar to accordion, but does not close other open parents.

    Sorry, no ajax loading, but neither does the example site, which is why the page loads very slowly. It appears a large Elementor nested tabbed page that shows its tab content when the tab item (accordion) is clicked.

    I recommend the cMap template (disable the category dropdown filter, its a settings option) and the Category widget included in the Widget Pack. Here are the link to both:

    If we cannot please their needs — can we reverse the purchase?

    I think my client will be flexible..

    But I can more easily convince them to purchase your suggested addons — if there is a way out..
