Can this plugin be used as a disclaimer?

Can you use this plugin as a disclaimer page which then allows you to click through to the homepage by clicking on a link?

I’ve set up a landing page using the plugin with a link to click through to the homepage, but because the homepage URL is the same as used by the landing page it just displays the landing page again.
