Can this plugin do what I need?

I’m using a Business Directory plugin called Web 2.0 Directory:

I’m able to create custom fields through that plugin just fine. What I need to do is add some filtering options on the pages where the user can see a list of businesses (listings).

I want to:

1. Create a few pre-filtered pages using shortcodes that will create a list of businesses that have a certain custom field option criteria selected.

2. Within those pages I’d like to give the user more options to further filter the list. The best option would be to have pull-down select menus that the user can select from and then click Submit to reload the page and see the filtered results.

Can I do all or most of this using this plugin?
