Hi,
yes. But you cannot use APO along with this plugin. You can either use the APO + Cloudflare plugin or this plugin. You can also check out these threads – which might help you:

Also if you choose to use this plugin, make sure you have enabled the Tiered Cache option inside the Cloudflare dashboard.
Personally, in my opinion, if you have the ability to pay, this is what I would suggest:
1. Get the Cloudflare Pro plan which will give you unlimited image optimization, WAF etc for 20$/mo
2. If you can apply for Cloudflare Cache Reserve Option and get that: https://blog.cloudflare.com/introducing-cache-reserve/
Please note that these two suggestions I mentioned above are totally optional and something that I would do. But that does not mean that you need to get these things to get the full benefit of the plugin. It will fully work without them.
But if you are considering paying for APO, I personally think paying for Cache Reserve makes much more sense.
