Can user role editor do this

    Hi there, I have the task of making a new version of the existing website mentioned in the post.
    The website has (at the moment) around 70 members. Members should be able to edit their own data (name, email etc… see: https://austriansolutioncircle.at/mitglieder/)
    also members should be able to post events on the event site or recommend books on the book site.
    Is user role editor the right tool for this?
