Can users cancel a booking?

    Hi, we want a booking system where people can simply book into classes. Simple. However, we’d like them to be able to cancel their booking too. They’ll be using it on a WordPress site where they will have a registered login etc, so they’ll be logged in when booking, meaning they’ll need to be recognised and able to manage their bookings from within the site.

    Is this possible?

    Hi,

    The solution is to enable the “Cancellation” and “Edition” add-ons and to create a custom list ( https://apphourbooking.dwbooster.com/blog/2018/12/26/grouped-frontend-lists/ ) adding the cancellation and edit options to the list. Some of those are commercial add-ons, we’d like to provide more info but we can’t reply about that in this forum. We are not allowed to support any customers in these forums.
