Can we remove link underlines?

HTML Popup Builder links look like regular links with an underline under the linked text. However, unlike href links I cannot remove the underline attribute for Popup Builder links, which in some cases is undesirable.

Is there a way to remove the underline attribute for Popup Builder links?
