I also whitelisted a particular page on the website that a form is on – /confidentiality-agreement/ – but sometimes Keap tracking is included in the url, like this:
Page URL : https://www.domain.com/confidentiality-agreement/?inf_contact_key=2c12186c31ca376488194
Can I use a wildcard * to exclude those urls, too?
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately, there is no such possibility. Could you provide us with your website name or CleanTalk service, and mark a few requests as an example?
https://cleantalk.org/help/feedback-spam
And we will do our best to help you find a solution.
Is there a way to keep the website domain confidential here in the forums? I’d rather not post it publicly.
You can use your CleanTalk service ID. You can find it in your CleanTalk Dashboard.
There is an input field for this when opening a topic. This is only displayed here in the forum for registered users, not for non-registered users. This means that it will not be included in search engines.
Ah, ok, sorry I missed that when posting. The service ID is #2118516. You’ll see a few entries I marked as “not spam” today – they only let me know today they’ve had a few people over the last week not be able to submit the form, so I’ll keep an eye on it, but it’d be nice if we could exclude that form completely (even with the unique tracking codes) or any traffic coming from those Infusionsoft leads.
I can see that something is wrong with request parameters on your website. Most likely you are using some cache solution. Please try to set the ‘Set cookies’ option to ‘Store data in the website darabase (alternative mechanism)’ here:
WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings
And set the cache lifetime to no more than 24 hours. Maybe these guides will be helpful:
https://cleantalk.org/help/cleantalk-and-wp-rocket
https://cleantalk.org/help/cleantalk-and-w3-total-cache
You can also try to exlude the form by URL: https://www.domain.com/confidentiality-agreement/
If you enable the regular expressions checkbox, you can use ‘confidentiality-agreement’ The guide is here:

Did it help?
Hello.
We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to mark this topic as “resolved”.
