Can WordPress do this?

    I would like to be able to do this on my header. Here is the website I am looking at and I would like the text to go in and out of the header like they have. Is it possible and if so, how?

    I’m not sure what you mean by the text “in and out of the header”, but WordPress doesn’t limit the use of CSS, HTML or JavaScript, so yes you can certainly do anything you want.
