1- hello please i need to replace template quantity or hour by day
2- is it possible to add a new field for ” from 2 jan – 2 feb”

It is not possible to add custom invoice templates. I’ve added this as a feature request.
You can add custom fields to your payment forms by editing the form in GetPaid > Payment Forms.
