Can you save theme customization?

    I am having a problem with my host and they are saying I am using up too much CPU, which makes no sense to me given my level of traffic isn’t that high. I am using the Valenti theme. I was thinking about re-installing the theme, but I worked so hard on the customization that I don’t want to lose it. Is there any way to save customization?

    I have no idea what is causing the heavy CPU usage? Cubell has told me the theme is very light resource-wise and I don’t have many plugins installed. I have no idea. I only got 5k hits last night and they yanked my site offline, and again today. This is my job and I need my site up. I really don’t understand this.

    A theme is just a set of files in a certain pattern. “Re-installing” it doesn’t really make a lot of sense, and certainly won’t fix anything.

    The thing is is that I was getting just as much traffic not too long ago and I didn’t have any problems. Now all of a sudden I have these CPU issues. It makes absolutely no sense. And now they want me to go to a dedicated server, which makes no sense given my site’s size.

    Honestly, I’d start looking into an alternative hosting service. It’s possible to get some pretty great VPS deals on the cheap.
