Hi all,

I am searching for a plugin which create a button on the customer-profile-page where he/she can cancel or return a product. Maybe with an auto generated sending-back document for that specific product and a autogenerated credit invoice for instance.

Who can help me out with this kind of plugin or maybe code? I can’t find the correct plugin.

You may want to look into the Returns and Warranty Requests plugin, which adds the option for your customers to request a return of an item/order in their orders list.

Thanks for your reaction, not really what I was searching for. Can’t find that much of good plugins for this strange enough.

The Returns and Warranty Requests plugin is the one on the WooCommerce marketplace that comes close to what you were looking for.

Feel free to explore other marketplaces or search through the ww.wp.xz.cn plugin repository for a plugin that matches your needs.

In an event you don’t find one, you may consider hiring a developer or a WooCommerce customizations expert to build a custom solution for you.
