    When the customer chooses to pay via eWay, an order is created and the customer is taken to a payment page. If they do not complete the transaction, an unpaid order remains.

    We are using a bookings plugin, and the unpaid order as an unpaid booking, occupying what should be a vacant slot in the calendar, preventing others from booking that time.

    Is there a way to automatically cancel orders that are not completed?

    @lukekenny If you go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory, you should be able to turn on stock management, then sent a Hold stock amount. This is a time in minutes that unpaid orders will be cancelled after.
