    I have a 5 site pro licence which I wish to cancel before the next renewal. There is nowhere on your website to login and manage this and I have emailed your ‘official’ support via the website to let them know I wish to cancel and have not had a response.

    This is very poor that you don’t offer people a way to manage their licence keys and subscriptions.

    Please can you clarify how to do this?

    No way to cancel or manage a subscription was set up and as you can see they do not respond to support requests here or via their own website. Nothing short of a scam by cowboys. Avoid at all costs.

    We are having to contact are back to prevent this company from taking further payments as they have not acknowledged our request for a cancellation.

Also, we tried to locate your email, however, with this name(s21swb) we did not find anything in the support to assist you, please help us with any details that help us locate your account and assist you accordingly.

    It is now way past March 22 and I have received no email to inform me that we can now login and manage our subscription. The renewal date is rapidly approaching and I will be furious if this renews when I have repeatedly asked for my subscription to be cancelled or I am given a way to manage the licence myself.     Regarding the requested feature(cancellation option within the User Management), we are pleased to inform you that it is already on our roadmap, and we anticipate its implementation soon. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work towards making this feature available.
