    Testing the free version. How can i cancel a restaurant table reservation. When i get a new reservation i can confirm the reservation but i can not cancel.

    Plus, if i confirm a reservation and, for any reason, i need to cancel it, i have no way to do it. I only can delete it.

    Hello,

    our plugin doesn’t provide in any way a feature to refuse incoming reservations. This because, since the customers were able to complete a booking, the system supposes to have at least an available table.

    If you don’t want to receive reservations anymore, you should stop the booking process, in example, through the PANIC button that you can find within the dashboard page.

    You are not able to cancel a confirmed reservation because the FREE version of the plugin does not let you manage existing reservations. Only the creation of new reservations is allowed.

    If you really need to cancel a reservation with the FREE version, you should send an e-mail to the customer and afterwards delete the reservation from the system.
