    Hello,

    We have a problem, we have updated to the business medium version and the payment by Paypal in the reservation comes by default.

    We do not have a Paypal account and customers have been charged.

    How can I cancel the reservations and have the money returned?

    Hello.
    Please note, you can make refund only from the specific payment system, it’s does not possible to make refund from the Booking Calendar plugin.
    You need to contact support of the PayPal for making refund of this payment.
    Or you can ask visitor who made that payment to submit the chargeback from the payment.
    You can check all your configuration of the PayPal settings at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.
