Cancellation and refurnd

Hello, in my woocommerce store i want to add the cancellation and refund functions,In my plan it is like for the orders that are placed and not paid yet they will get the cancel button and teh order that is already paid that will get the refund button and the order that is completed will get the return button. is this three possible with this plugin. Please guide me.
