cancelled orders

    When orders are cancelled for whatever reason, they disappear after a while from the order summary in WC. How / where can I find older cancelled orders? I need them for the Tax authorities…

    Hi Noel,

    Is it possible that WooCommerce is set to remove those orders after a certain amount of time? Head to WooCommerce–> Settings–> Accounts and Privacy, and scroll down to the “Personal data retention” area, as seen here, and let us know if the orders are set to be deleted – https://d.pr/i/LxZc1j

    Yes, thats it. It was set to 1 week. Now changed the setting to N/A
    Thank you so much. Can get serious problems with Tax Authorities over this….
