• Locked out. Got the “cookies blocked” notice. All cookies are enabled. Thinking maybe it’s a plugin or associated update. Can only access through mobile app, but when I toggle off plugins they just auto-toggle back on. Completely locked out.

    Side note: recent activity on the mobile app shows repeated URL changes between http and https (I didn’t do that), and a series of “successful login” notifications from today, that were not, in fact, successful. Newest plugin is TravelMap, installed April 06, 2019.

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    @kartiks16 I am unable to do any of these. The only access I have to my site is through the mobile app, and when I attempt to disable or delete a plugin I get *error disabling/deleting plugin*. Same with changing the theme. I literally cannot do anything.

    Fixed:

    Installed FileZilla and chatted with my site host when it wasn’t logging in properly. Managed to make that work, and was able to disable all plugins through FZ which allowed me admin access. Diagnosed from there and found a disagreeable plugin.

    Highly recommend BlueHost- they are always incredibly helpful whenever I have an issue.
