Cannot access admin panel after url change

Hello,

I have a huge problem and hope someone can help me.

I have the wordpress site in a folder “Website” in the root directory of my webspace. Previously I had a subdomain test.example.com point to my wordpress site and everything was fine. I have now changed the home and site url in wordpress (in the settings) so that when entering http://www.example.com it points to my wordpress site.
First I got a 404 when trying to access the admin panel or my website. I then added the “define” code to the config.php and I get the following error when I try to access the admin oanel:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/c/a/r/jay/html/Website/wp-config.php on line 65

How can I get my site working again?
