hi there! plugin works great everywhere else, however…

i just installed a clean copy of wordpress as a multisite, default theme 2015 – buddypress, etc…

i install this plugin, and it goes blank – i can access the front-end just fine – but i cannot access any admin side – only way is to delete the plugin directory itself…

i have no errors either on the server end and no debug info…

    any help?

    thanks!

I have just installed WordPress 4.1 on a clean site, installed / activated BuddyPress, and activated the 2015 theme. I was able to access the admin area for the plugin and set the options.

Could you let me know what other plugins you are running on the site? Perhaps it is a conflict with something else. At this point I don’t see how the plugin could give a blank screen on the admin section with this setup.

sure! – i also installed it on the “clean” site with only buddypress and profile tabs of course works great

the site it’s not working on has a bunch of plugins… (both sites are on the multisite version of WP)

    Add Logo to Admin
    Akismet
    BadgeOS
    BadgeOS Community Add-On
    bbPress
    BP Registration Options
    BuddyPress
    BuddyPress Facebook
    BuddyPress Follow
Buddypress Friend of a Friend (FOAF)
    BuddyPress Notifications Widget
    Clean and Simple Contact Form
    Events Manager
    Floating Social Bar
    Google Captcha (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft
    Invite Anyone
    Remove Dashboard Access
rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress
    Simple From Email Change
    Social Login
WordPress All In One Admin Bar
    WP Hide Dashboard
    WP Maintenance Mode

are all the plugins that are currently activated…. i know it’s a lot, and without having to disable each one by one to figure out the cause – perhaps you already know which could be the problematic one?

otherwise, i’ll disable all, and start one by one to see what is going on…. let me know if you know first, then i’ll reply with what i find after the disabling procedure…

    thanks again!

It is a lot of plugins and I have not had this issue come up before so I am not sure which one could be causing the issue. Please do let me know if you find out which one is causing the problem so I can take a look and if anything can be done with my plugin to avoid the conflict I will make that change.
