Cannot access admin site. “Critical error message”

Hi! Hoping someone can help me out here.
I haven’t logged into the admin site on my blog for a few months & tonight I got this message: “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
I cannot access anything. The site is still online, but how do I get INTO my admin page if there’s no way to get past this message? It’s let me login, & then it shows me this message every time. My site email has no messages from WordPress.
