    hey,

on the dashboard it’s showing this error

“Popup Maker detected an issue with your file system’s ability and is unable to create & save cached assets for your popup styling and settings. This may lead to suboptimal performance. Please check your filesystem and contact your hosting provide to ensure Popup Maker can create and write to cache files.”

when i checked log files it’s showing this

“Cannot access cache file when tested. Status code received was: 403”

    Hi @aykrock ,

This notice is usually followed with instructions to “try creating the cache again“. Was this available and did you already try to click it?

If it’s returning a 403 error, it’s likely that your host has adjusted permissions on folders where the cache files are uploaded.

Please try to reach out to your hosting provider about this, or you can also try disabling asset caching by going to Popup Maker > Settings > Misc. See here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/OAunGYN0

For more information about filesystem errors, please see: Debugging Filesystem Errors

Hope this helps! Let us know if you have more questions.

    Hi there,

I’m going to mark this as resolved as we haven’t heard from you in a while.

Feel free to create a new thread if you have other questions.

    Thanks!
