Cannot access duplicated site dashboards

Hi, I was able to install the plugin ok and duplicate a site, however, the duplicated site does not have the same theme that my primary site uses and I cannot access the duplicated site’s dashboard to add the theme manually. I get a “This webpage has a redirect loop” message when trying to access the dashboard. Clicking the “details” link shows, “The webpage at http://cevapps.com/tr/wp-admin/ has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.” I cleared cookies and also tried it in Firefox but the problem remains. I have created a further duplicate site and the problem occurs with that one too.
Any idea on what the server configuration error could be?
