Cannot access my admin page

My blog got hacked few months ago, I then contacted my host (name.com) and asked them to restore it to its normal appearance.

They did. But. After that I was not able to login to my admin page.

I tried to reset my username and login, but now when I try to login, my username seems to work, but not my password. I then choose ‘forgot password’ option and receive ”password reset” link in my email, but it does not work. It says: ‘Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.’

I asked name.com to help me, but they say it`s wordpress task, not theirs. What to do?

Help a layman here, please. ))
