Cannot access my control pannel

    I am not sure about the WP version I had.
    I CANNOT access the control pannel!!! the site is locked. and no matter how I tried to login, it jump back to the “site in construction” page.
    I cannot make any changes to my site even turn the maintenance mode off.
    Please help!!!
