Hey,

I just reset my website, and despite selecting ‘Do not delete theme or plugins’, everything has vanished. When I log into my WordPress account now, the only two menu options are Dashboard (which is empty) and Profile.

I wish to restore to the snapshot I took prior to taking the reset. Can you please guide me as to how I do that?

I did, but I am not a paying subscriber and they directed me to this forum
