Cannot Access Network Admin Several Subdomain Admins

I am unable to access the network admin for the parent domain. I am also unable to access the dashboards (admins) for the parent domain, as well as 3 subdomains. I can, however, access 1 subdomain (I have a total of 4 sites on my network, including the parent site).

I have no idea what could be the problem. Everything was working fine then one day out of nowhere this issue occurred.
