Cannot access Settings, cannot create Events

I haven’t needed to add a new event in the last 2 months. I logged onto admin today and saw there was a a few PlugIn Updates waiting including Time.ly All-in-One Calendar update 2.3.4.
After updating, I tried to create a new Event. Cannot set the date & time, cannot set the location, cannot set the cost and tickets,. Non of the Event Details are working.
After searching for an answer, went to Events/Settings. Cannot access any settings.
Would like to upload a screenshot; don’t see how.Totally stumped.
