Cannot Access Subscribers Page
-
Although Jetpack is connected to my site, when I click on Subscribers I get the message “It looks like you don’t have any connected Jetpack sites to manage”. I’m able to access all of the other Jetpack pages.
I’m connected as ssigardenclub2f140cc3bb (Owner)
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi there, @jmatsuyama,
Thanks for reporting this – I was partially able to replicate the problem.
When you land ot the cloud page login, have you tried to use the green Jetpack login button to access it? I tried a couple of times, and I was eventually able to access the cloud page at https://cloud.jetpack.com/subscribers/yoursiteurl
If you still can’t access it – not even via an incognito window – it’s possible that there is a plugin conflict. Can you please temporarily deactivate all your plugins and check if the problem gets fixed that way? If it works, then reactivate each plugin one by one to find out which one is causing problems.
While we investigate this, you can access your subscribers form the WP Admin dashboard or via WordPress.com:
https://wordpress.com/stats/subscribers/yoursiteurl
Hope that helps! Let me know how you get on, and we’ll take it from there if necessary.
Thank you for the reply. Where can I find the “green Jetpack login button”? I entered https://cloud.jetpack.com/subscribers/ssigardenclub.ca but I get the same error message.
Hi there, @jmatsuyama!
I tested the flow again, and upon trying to access the Cloud subscriber link you shared, you either should land on a page that nudges you to use your WordPress.com/Jetpack account to login:
Or, depending whether you’re already logged in or not, on a page with different login options – where you ideally log in with your WordPress.com/Jetpack username and password:
If you don’t see any of these two pages, try using an incognito window or a different browser to see if you can follow any of these flows.
Let us know how it goes, and if you find anything out of the ordinary when you test your plugins for potential conflicts.
I was able to log in using an incognito window, but I’m still getting the following error message.
“Add a site. It looks like you don’t have any connected Jetpack sites to manage. Learn how to add a site”
BTW – I used “https://cloud.jetpack.com/subscribers/ssigardenclub.ca” I also tried “https://cloud.jetpack.com/subscribers?site=1497575759” and I get the same error message.
I changed web browsers and used Google Chrome. When I log in it takes me to the Add subscribers page.
https://cloud.jetpack.com/subscribers/yoursiteurl#add-subscribers?method=manually
When I click on Add subscribers manually, it doesn’t respond. How do I view my subscribers?
Hi there, @jmatsuyama,
Can you confirm you can access your subscribers for this page?
https://wordpress.com/stats/subscribers/ssigardenclub.caI tried to access your Cloud page, and I was able to do it with no issue at: https://cloud.jetpack.com/subscribers/ssigardenclub.ca
All the links you shared above did work on my end, granted you’re logged in as
ssigardenclub2f140cc3bb.Switching to a different browser was a good idea; have you tried turning off some plugins to see if the issue persists with them being disabled? I suspect you’re having a cache hiccups, so probably by turning the cache plugin off can help fix it.
Let me know what you find out!
I’m a bit confused.
I use the following link to log into our website (www.ssigardenclub.ca): https://ssigardenclub.ca/wp-login.php using my username jmatsuyama.
I also have a test website (https://jmatsuyama.wordpress.com/) using the same username jmatsuyama, but with a different a password.
When I use your link – https://wordpress.com/stats/subscribers/ssigardenclub.ca , I cannot log in using my username jmatsuyama and my password for http://www.ssigardenclub.ca. It allows me to log in with my password for jmatsuyama.wordpress.com.
Here is the screen that I get when I log in.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Q0-t3sugn9DxufeKBeQI1QKvr8VUot6g/view?usp=drive_link
It is logging into my test website and not http://www.ssigardenclub.ca.
When I use your link – https://cloud.jetpack.com/subscribers/ssigardenclub.ca , I get the following error message.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1q6UOcPhJjdZcvbDQpBdeznj-_KmvA8Ge/view?usp=drive_link
I’m not sure how to log into my http://www.ssigardenclub.ca account using the link you have provided.
I created a new user admin account for http://www.ssigardenclub.ca. When I log into the new admin account, here is what I get.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fQyDFwt3L3d5nVp-fk3YpInq4iq1D51P/view?usp=drive_link
There seems to be no subscribers linked to the Jetpack account for http://www.ssigardenclub.ca.
We have many subscribers to our website and they receive an email alert whenever I publish a new post.
Hi there, @jmatsuyama,
If you have created a new account to access your site, you also need to connect it to Jetpack—make sure this new account has a WordPress.com account.
In the screenshot you shared, there is a “Connect your WordPress.com account” information box with a black button to check and connect it.
Can you try connecting it and see how it goes? Even if this new account is not the primary account owens for the connection, you should be able to see the subscribers.
Let me know how you get on!
Hi Stef,
I deleted all of my cookies on the web browser and it’s working now. 🙂
I’m not sure what caused the problem, but I had to delete my cookies on both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome for it to work. It had nothing to do with the plugins.
Thank you very much for your help in resolving this problem!
Jim
Hi there, @jmatsuyama,
I am so glad to hear that the issue got solved by deleting the cookies in your browser! Keep that in ind as a troubleshooting option to test if you happen to have the same or a similar issue next time 🙂
I’m going to mark this thread as solved. If you have any further questions or need more help, you’re welcome to open another thread here. Cheers!
