Cannot access web address

    When attempting to enter our website the following error comes up. I am only the site updating person so do not know how to access or fix this. Any help?

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/quilting/public_html/index.php on line 2686

    Try re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress 3.0.
