Cannot Access WooSidebars Widget Area options

Perhaps the wrong place to put this, but here it goes — I can’t access the Widget Area of the WooSidebars plugin. When I click on it to go to the settings page of the plugin, the status bar says “Waiting for (website’s name)….” and sits there and the progress bar just spins.

I am able to access all of the other plugins’ options pages, and yes, I deactivated all the plugins and tried to access Widget Area, but no go.

I’m hesitant to delete and reupload the plugin as I don’t want to lose any of the content already set up — there is a lot of it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
