cannot access wp-admin

Please help.

I followed the directions for Using a pre-existing subdirectory install from here: http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory but now I have 2 issues

1) I cannot access my wp-admin dashboard to log in (page not found)

2) my site is there but the theme is not
