I migrated hosting accounts for my website today, and that has caused issues.

At first, I could not access the wp-admin section of my website. It gives me a redirect error:

personacentral.com redirected you too many times.

    Try clearing your cookies.

    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Thinking back to a similar issue I had in the past, I deleted the .htaccess file in my host’s File Manager. That did not fix the issue (I have since restored it).

Additionally, every page aside from the home page for the site gives the following error:

    Not Found

The requested URL /persona-dancing-limited-editions-announced-persona-4-dancing-all-night-for-ps4-bundle-pack/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I am not sure where to proceed from here.

I have also added the website URL to the wp-config.php file like in the following page (http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-wordpress-login-page-refreshing-and-redirecting-issue/). That was done a while ago to establish HTTPS, and modifying it has not fixed the problem.

The error seems to me like a misconfigured web server. How is this site hosted? Until this is resolved, please disable cloudflare.

The website is hosted by GoDaddy through cPanel. I just disabled CloudFlare, but that has brought up another issue I’ve had to deal with before of browsers claiming the website is unsafe because of HTTPS configuration tying into CloudFlare.

OK, that resolved the 404 issue. So whatever’s going on is a problem with Cloudflare. Re-enable and lear the cache there. If that doesn’t solve the issue, contact Cloudflare tech support.

I just contacted a GoDaddy representative, and what fixed the 404 errors on the pages was a permalinks issue that needed to be altered in the database. He gave me this page as a reference: https://www.godaddy.com/help/reset-wordpress-permalinks-in-the-database-26352??v=1

I still cannot access the wp-admin page.

The issue was that, through phpMyAdmin, in wp_options, my sitteurl was set to “HTTPS” instead of just “HTTP.” Changing that let me access wp-admin once again after disabling CloudFlare’s SSL.
