I have just installed WordPress 3.0.1 following the instructions in the documentation. The installation went fine, however, I can’t access administration panel or the default blog. This is a new installation, not an upgrade. I am using only the default files that I downloaded from WordPress.

When I log in I am redirected to wp-admin but the following error is shown:

PHP Warning: array_keys() expects parameter 1 to be array, boolean given in E:\essasoest.nl\wwwroot\wp-includes\theme.php on line 513

If I call up my blog it just shows a blank page.

    Any suggestions?
