hi there i added google tag manager in https://www.simetrica.co.uk/ in this site after 1-2 hours the website wp-admin URL is not accessible

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Its accessible via /wp-login.php

i checked with http://simetrica.co.uk/wp-login.php also but still not working
can you please tell mw whats the problem
