Cannot activate Email Templates

I use the “Ultimate Member” plugin. I would like to change and activate email templates. Unfortunately, this doesn’t work and I am redirected to the 403 page when saving:403

I have now created the child. And the permissions are set as shown in the example.
Unfortunately, the behavior has not changed yet…
