Cannot Activate License

    I’ve purchased the Advanced Ads Pro license and everything was working fine on the test URL.

    I’ve now move to the live URL and an unable to activate the license.

    In my Advanced Ads Pro account I have removed the test URL but there isn’t an option in the WordPress dashboard to add the license to the live domain.

    Have you updated the basic plugin to Advanced Ads 2.0.0 (or 2.0.1 as of today)? If so, please note that add-on updates need to be installed manually using the ZIP files available in your account, just like the initial installation described  here.

    If you encounter any further issues with the Advanced Ads add-ons, please contact us via the customer support form on our website. This forum is dedicated to questions related to the basic Advanced Ads plugin.

    Does the issue persist while using the latest release, of Advanced Ads v2.0.4?
