Cannot Activate MetaSlider Pro Version

Hello, I am trying to activate the Pro version and I get the error “The response from the remote site could not be decoded. (More information is recorded in the browser console).” I have tried activating using different browsers and in incognito mode with no success Can you please let me know what the issue is?

I have been trying to send a support question from my MetaSlider account but the form does not send. I also tried sending an email to presales but there is no response from there either.
