Cannot Activate Plugin

Hello, i installed the plugin, but it has refused to activate.
i get a message saying “are you sure you want to do this? Please try again”
and when i click try again it takes me to the plugin page and its the same process all over.
How do i solve this.
i have the latest version of the plugin.
