Cannot activate plugin

    Hello, I cannot activate the plugin in my website because there’s this error:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_USE, expecting T_FUNCTION in /membri/tortima/wp-content/plugins/live-weather-station/includes/system/Logger.php on line 17
