    This is my fifth message to you:

    I paid for the Platinum version but cannot activate it.

    I’ve tried entering the API keys many times via several browsers and computers. Every time I click ’save changes’, the page refreshes and the product key is blank after the first 2 digits. This error message is displayed:

    “No API resources exist. Login to My Account to verify there are activations remaining, and the API Key and Product ID are correct.
