Hi @stickleback,
Can you please update your plugin to the latest version? Version 4.19.2 should solve that issue.
Let us know how it goes, please.
I trashed the plug in folder I had and added it again – the version I have is 4.19.2
Apart from the SPIO folder in the plug ins folder – is there anything else I need to trash to completely remove so I can fresh install?
I’ve still got the fatal error when I try to activate
Hi @stickleback,
Instead of removing the plugin manually via FTP, can you please install a previous version of it, then remove the plugin through WordPress and then re-install the latest version? Does this work?
Struggling to find an older version – where would I download that?
Hmmmm – initially couldn’t simply install 4.18.1 because “folder already exists… so deleted 4.19.2 and installed 4.18.1 – same fatal error when trying to activate.
Updated through WP but same error…. this is frustrating….
Hi there,
Sorry to hear it doesn’t work 🙁
I would like to send this to our developers. Could you please send us an email here so they can request more information from you and take a deeper look at your site? Make sure to mention this conversation, please.
Thank you!
Just replying to mark this thread as solved. The plugin did work in the end, so probably there was some conflict with the website difficult to spot.
