Hey @edusa2ooo ,
That’s the first time ever that I see such report. Please share the information:
- Are you using the latest plugin version?
- What hosting do you use?
- What are the PHP and the WP versions?
- Any additional information of how we could replicate the issue.
Kind regards

Hi @edusa2ooo
It would be great if you could provide us error message upon activation when you enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY in wp-config.php it will indicate file and line where the error happens.
For now there is nothing we can do to help you further or debug as our plugin support PHP 5.6 up to PHP 8.3.
It can be confirmed on service such as https://tastewp.com where you can select any WP version and PHP. It makes me think that the issue is caused by some kind of conflict with other plugin.
Let me know if you can provide us more details 🙂
Thank you!
