Cannot activate WooCommerce plugin after install

    I can install WooCommerce on my site with any issues, but when I try to activate it, I get:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined method CSSMin::minify() in /home4/schumann/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/wc-admin-functions.php on line 194

    I once had it activate using WordPress 4.0 and it seemed to be OK, so I think this problem started with the 4.1 update. It sounds like a possible theme issue, but I don’t know where to start.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
