Sorry if this sounds blunt, but read the documentation first. It is all explained.
You will need to add yourself to the “Manage Client Managers” permission which can be used to give admins and non-admins the ability to add clients and products.
Thanks a lot for bot of you for the replies. I swear I read the documentation and gave myself permissions to everything. It even shows “Has Access” in-front of my name. Not sure what else I am doing wrong here. I am testing this on a sub-domain if it matters.
Do you see a menu item called “Manage Clients”?
No, I can see “Manage Client Managers”.
Can it be because my latest WordPress version?
I have tried creating a different site and still got the same error there too.
Can you please try with the latest version of WordPress?
Another thing I have noticed in both sites are when I have given access for myself to “Manage Client Managers” it adds my name twice with the setting “Has Access”
Also I have tried with a different account with Admin access and got the same results as described above.
If you can provide me your email address I can create an account for you to try it yourself.
Please help me 🙁
My email is denny AT dcac DOT com
Thanks a lot mrdenny for helping me to get the issue resolved.
If anybody happen to face the same problem in future and came here I will tell you what the problem was.
Doubling up always happens to me with Chrome.
When I try the same with Firefox it worked fine.
May be something wrong in my end.
